In accordance with the Privacy Policy and General Terms & Conditions provided in UAB Skycop.com, legal entity code 304423851, registered address at Dariaus ir Girėno St. 21A, Vilnius, the Republic of Lithuania (“Skycop”), webpage www.skycop.com, which were confirmed by the Client after he/she got acquainted with them, by this assignment form (“Assignment Form” ) the Client assigns to Skycop and Skycop accepts from the Client full ownership and legal title to monetary claim pursuant to Regulation (EC) No 261/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 11 February 2004 or under any other international or national regulation applicable in respect of the Client in another country establishing common rules on compensation and assistance to passengers in the event of denied boarding and of cancellation or long delay of flights, including all the amounts in relation to the above specified flight as well as taxes and other amounts, when passengers are not able to fly or their flight was disrupted and, any other monetary compensation for lost or damaged baggage (“Assignment”).
The Client understands that by concluding this Assignment Form he cannot engage into any direct contact or receive payment from the flight operating carrier.
If this Assignment Form cannot be considered valid in the particular country (jurisdiction) or when the parties agree on the provision of services by a separate agreement, this agreement shall be considered as a contract for services according to which Skycop administers Client’s Assignment and undertakes to organize and finance the collection of the Assignment and to carry out all actions related thereto including but not limited to:
- Organizing and financing legal representation of the Client before all third parties and institutions in relation to the Assignment, conducting communication with the flight operating carrier on all issues regarding the Assignment and carrying out all other related actions;
- Collecting and receiving payments in relation to the Assignment on the Client's behalf and settling with the Client in accordance with the agreed terms and conditions provided in Skycop’s webpage www.skycop.com.
This agreement is terminated immediately if within 14 days since the conclusion of the agreement, the Client submits a withdrawal notice by email. The right to terminate the agreement on this ground ends prematurely if the agreement is fully performed until the expiration of the above-mentioned time limit.
The Client confirms that he is aware that Skycop will commence respective works with the Assignment right after the conclusion of the agreement and that may impact termination of the agreement.

AGREEMENT ON REPRESENTATION
(POWER OF ATTORNEY)
Attorney-at-law Nerijus Zaleckas (hereinafter – the "Attorney-at-law") is authorized:
to represent , date of birth --, (hereinafter – the “Client”), in all courts (all court instances), other institutions and organizations, in relations with all and any legal and natural persons by providing assistance in claiming compensation and other amounts for breached passenger rights under Regulation (EC) No 261/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council and other laws.
The Client confers upon the Attorney-at-law the following authorities: to sign statements, complaints, claims, actions, counter-actions, application for renewal of the civil procedures, application for interim judicial security measures, other applications and documents, and submit them to the court, other institutions, organizations, legal and natural persons and to submit a case to another court or institution, to withdraw fully or partly an action, complaint (request), to change substance or subject of an action, complaint (request), to enter into a composition, to appeal against the court’s decision, ruling, resolution, to receive a writ of execution and submit it for recovery, to receive other documents, and to perform any other procedural actions on behalf and in the name of the Client, to receive Clients money to the Partnership's deposit account No. LT027300010180633129, Swedbank AB, SWIFT code HABALT22.
For the performance of this mandate the Attorney-at-law is entitled to re-authorise other attorney-at-law or assistant to attorney-at-law in Lithuania and abroad.
This Agreement on Representation is valid for 2 (two) years from the moment of its signing unless terminated earlier under the Agreement on legal service.
It is allowed to submit this Agreement on Representation to a court and other persons.
In case of discrepancies of the English version of the Agreement on Representation and any other language, the English text shall prevail.

AGREEMENT ON LEGAL SERVICES

and
Professional Law Partnership “Zaleckas Partners” (hereinafter - the “Law Firm”), address Didzioji str. 18, LT - 01128 Vilnius, Lithuania, email: [email protected], represented by the Managing Partner Nerijus Zaleckas, acting under the Incorporation Deed, enter into this Agreement on Legal Services (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”).
WHEREAS:
- The Client concluded the agreement with Skycop regarding recovery of the compensation and other amounts under Regulation (EC) No 261/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 11 February 2004 establishing common rules on compensation and assistance to passengers in the event of denied boarding and of cancellation or long delay of flights, and repealing Regulation (EEC) No 295/91 and under other applicable laws (hereinafter referred to as the “Regulation”) and its payment to the Client as well as organization of such process;
- If the need for Law Firm’s assistance in recovery of the compensation and other amounts arise to the Client and Skycop, the Law Firm wishes to provide legal services to the Client and Skycop;
therefore, the Client, Skycop and the Law Firm (hereinafter jointly referred to as the “Parties” and individually as the “Party”) have agreed as follows:
1. SERVICES RENDERED BY THE LAW FIRM
1.1. Under the Agreement, the Law Firm shall provide legal services to the Client and Skycop in claiming Client’s compensation and other amounts under the Regulation only.
1.2. The Law Firm will provide legal services by the instruction of the Client and/or Skycop. Skycop shall inform the Client regarding the performance of the legal services. The Client and Skycop agree that the Law Firm may inform the Client and Skycop about the provided legal services to both of them by one or separate notifications.
1.3. The Law Firm shall provide his services hereunder pursuant to the laws and other normative acts of the Republic of Lithuania applicable at the time of the performance as well as the international treaties to which the Republic of Lithuania is a party.
1.4 Legal services shall be provided verbally at meetings, by telephone or in writing by letters or by email.
2. OBLIGATIONS OF THE CLIENT AND SKYCOP
2.1. The Client and Skycop undertakes to make available to the Law Firm all the documents and information necessary for the purposes of proper provision of the legal services specified in Article 1 herein, and to ensure that all information and documents submitted to the Law Firm conform to real facts and do not breach the law.
2.2. The Client consents to Skycop providing to the Law Firm Client’s documents and information, including those containing Client’s personal data, necessary for the purposes of proper provision of the legal services specified in Article 1 herein. Such documents and information shall include only Client’s documents and information provided to Skycop for the purposes of service provision service provision data as such is defined in Skycop’s privacy notice (accessible via the following address https://www.skycop.com/privacy-policy/).
3. LEGAL FEES AND PAYMENT THEREOF
3.1 Skycop shall cover all legal and other expenses related to the Agreement under separate agreement with the Law Firm.
4. RECEIPT AND PAYMENT OF THE COMPENSATION AND OTHER AMOUNTS
4.1 The Client and Skycop state that the Law Firm has the right to specify that compensation and other respective amounts (including but not limited to legal services and other expenses) would be paid to the Law firm's deposit account No. LT027300010180633129, Swedbank AB, SWIFT code HABALT22.
4.2 Once the compensation and other amounts are paid to the deposit account, the Law firm will transfer it to Skycop, which will settle with the Client under the terms and conditions of the agreement concluded by and between the Client and Skycop.
4.3 The Law Firm provides legal services only and does not administer compensations and other amounts, therefore Skycop shall take all responsibility for the payment of compensation and other amounts to the Client from the moment, when the Law Firm makes a bank transfer to Skycop and money are reserved in the deposit account of the Law Firm.
5. DATA PROTECTION
5.1 To the extent of the legal relationship provided under this Agreement, Skycop and the Law Firm are considered independent data controllers of Client’s personal data.
5.2 Skycop and the Law Firm, have taken into account the nature of the processing provided in the Agreement and have implemented appropriate technical and organizational measures to comply with their obligations under the legal acts governing data protection.
5.3 All of the Client’s personal data, processed under this Agreement, shall be kept in the information systems of Skycop in accordance to the internal procedures of Skycop while also providing Law Firm with access thereto.
5.4 Considering the above, the Client requesting to exercise his/her as data subject’s rights, provided in the EU General Data Protection Regulation, shall have to address such requests to the contacts provided in Skycop’s privacy notice (accessible via the following address https://www.skycop.com/privacy-policy/) that shall act as a common contact point for Skycop and the Law Firm.
5.5 All other information, related to processing of Client’s personal data, is provided in Skycop’s privacy notice (accessible via the following address https://www.skycop.com/privacy-policy/). Sections 1.1; 1.4; 1.7-1.9; 2; 3; 5; 13 of Skycop‘s privacy notice shall mutatis mutandis apply to the Client‘s personal data processing carried out by the Law Firm.
6. LIABILITY
6.1 The Law Firm shall be liable under the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania for the damages incurred by the Client and Skycop due to illegal actions of Law Firm made while providing legal services.
6.2 The amount of civil liability of the Law Firm relating to the provision of legal services may not exceed the amount of the legal fees paid under the Agreement.
6.3 The Law Firm shall not be liable for the nonconformity of information provided by the Client and Skycop with real facts or if the Client or Skycop discloses information only in part.
6.4 If the legal services hereunder upon request or consent of the Client and/or Skycop are provided in liaison with third parties, the liability of the Law Firm for any loss, damage, cost or expense incurred by the Client or Skycop arising directly or indirectly out of the act or omission of any third party is excluded.
7. EFFECTIVENESS OF THE AGREEMENT
7.1 This Agreement shall come into force upon its execution by all Parties.
7.2. The Agreement is valid for 2 (two) years from the moment of its signing or until the recovery of the Client’s compensation or other amounts, or until an agreement regarding payment of legal expenses between the Law Firm and Skycop remains in force, or until an agreement between the Client and Skycop regarding recovery of compensation remains in force, depending on what happens first.
8.
8.1 No amendments and supplements hereto shall be valid unless confirmed in writing by the authorized representatives of the signatory Parties.
9. TERMINATION OF THE AGREEMENT
9.1 The Law Firm may terminate this Agreement at any time by giving at least a 1 (one) calendar day written notice to the Client and/or Skycop.
9.2 The Client and/or Skycop may unilaterally terminate this Agreement by email to the Law Firm. By terminating the Agreement, the Client will not pay any amounts to the Law Firm.
9.3 The Agreement ends if any of the Parties terminates it.
10. LANGUAGES
10.1 In case of discrepancies of the English version of the Agreement and any other language, the English text shall prevail.
11. APPLICABLE LAW AND SETTLEMENT OF DISPUTES
11.1 This Agreement shall be governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania. All disputes and disagreements of the Parties shall be settled by negotiations. In case of the failure to settle the dispute or disagreement by negotiations, such dispute or disagreement shall be subject to judicial settlement in a competent court of the Republic of Lithuania.
